cl-nodelet software package provides Robot OS nodelet library - service files - LISP, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-nodelet
cl-nodelet is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-nodelet package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-nodelet *
You will get with cl-nodelet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
